Ich habe davor mehrere andere Anbieter für mein Unternehmen genutzt und gerade bei internationalen Zahlungen oder höheren Beträgen gab es ständig Probleme. Zahlungen wurden teilweise tagelang geprüft, Überweisungen haben unnötig lange gedauert oder man musste immer wieder zusätzliche Nachweise einreichen. Bei Revolut Business ist meine Erfahrung bisher komplett anders. Selbst bei höheren Beträgen läuft alles überraschend schnell und unkompliziert. Internationale Zahlungen kommen schnell an, der Währungswechsel funktioniert problemlos und generell fühlt sich alles deutlich moderner und effizienter an. Gerade wenn man geschäftlich viel mit Kunden und Lieferanten aus verschiedenen Ländern arbeitet, ist es extrem wichtig, dass man sich auf seinen Zahlungsanbieter verlassen kann. Bisher funktioniert Revolut Business für mich mit Abstand am besten von allen Anbietern, die ich genutzt habe. The support team is very polite, but is actually not empowered to support (quote: “ we can not do anything, these are internal processes out of our control”) ### 1/5 — False reward scheme - they don’t pay out *2026-08-18, version 6.4* I’ve been a Revolut business holder for 3 years. 2 months ago I referred my husband’s business through their reward scheme and should have received £600 for it. He used my referral link and followed all the steps correctly and deposited 120k! When I didn’t receive the reward I enquired about it. They claimed he didn’t used my personal referral link when I know for a fact that he did as I was there. They said that something must have glitched on their end and that they couldn’t do anything about it. It was like talking to a wall. Needless to say that my husband closed his account and I’m now also looking for another bank. They preferred losing 2 customers rather than admit their mistake and send £600 as they claimed in their countless emails! It’s not even for the money but this showed me that they are not human, it’s simply computer says no… zero customer service and they definitely don’t value their customers. I don’t want that from my bank. Lloyds business offer me account even did not require too much documents. Such a terrible team even team don’t know every document in showing on Company house pathetic team has zero knowledge worst experience ever. Recently, Revolut closed both my personal account and my business account without providing a clear explanation. I received notification that my accounts would be closed, but no specific reason was given. Even more frustrating was being informed that there was effectively no right to appeal the decision. Before this happened, I had experienced issues with transfers. Money that I sent was returned, and certain payments were subsequently blocked. Despite using the accounts for legitimate purposes, I was left with no meaningful explanation as to why these actions were taken. What made the situation even more stressful was that I also held investments through the platform, including shares and cryptocurrency. Once the closure decision was made, I was told to sell my shares, liquidate my crypto holdings, and transfer out my funds as soon as possible. I was also informed that if I failed to do so within the specified timeframe, charges of £2 per month could apply. The biggest issue for me is not necessarily that a financial institution has the right to close accounts—they generally do. The issue is the lack of transparency and the impact it can have on customers who rely on the platform for day-to-day banking, business transactions, savings, investments, and digital assets. Having both personal and business accounts closed at the same time can be extremely disruptive. To be fair, I recognise that the vast majority of Revolut customers appear to have positive experiences. Perhaps 99% of users never encounter a problem and continue using the service without issues. However, if you happen to be in the remaining 1%, the experience can be very stressful, inconvenient, and potentially costly. My advice to anyone considering Revolut is simple: enjoy the convenience, but do not rely on it as your only banking provider. Always have an alternative personal account, an alternative business account, and a backup plan for any investments or funds held on the platform. Account restrictions and closures can happen unexpectedly, and when they do, you may find yourself with very limited options. This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have different experiences, but I believe potential customers should be aware that account closures can occur without detailed explanations, and the consequences can be significant if you depend heavily on the platform. ### 1/5 — Impossible to open business account in France *2026-07-27, version 6.1* I would advise against using Revolut Business in France. The process to open an account is impossible, with Revolut requesting documentation required by no other banks, including traditional lenders. They make advertising everywhere to tell you it is nice and easy but actually once you are in facing one of the worst eBanking experience with their unfriendly system. Moreover to setup your business account you are forced to pay a fee immediately which is totally unfair because they take the money even before your account works and they make it so complex you come to the point it was a big waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — £100 signup offer not honoured, no refund *2026-07-23, version 6.1* Signed up for the Business plan for their advertised £100 new-customer offer. The £100 made an otherwise pricey £10/month feel like several months free. Made the required deposit on time. Offer never paid, told it was down to an internal link-tracking issue on their end, not anything I did wrong. Refused to refund the £10 monthly fee I only paid for the offer. Be wary of their promotions. I have always used tide previously and only couldn’t in this situation due to corporate shareholding.
