The app is easy to use, transfers are fast, and managing multiple currencies is very convenient. I also like the virtual cards and spending insights. Financial loss !!! *2026-07-03* Transferred my crypto asset to the account. It got frozen for manual review by compliance team. It’s OK, everyone has to follow regulations. However, 4 WEEKS passed still my funds are frozen. Revolut response - “due to high volume of manual reviews your funnel be frozen for additional 2 WEEKS and if it’s not resolved then you can go ahead and escalate” I fell a victim of misleading advertisement. Promised fantastic services - but in reality there is an issue because this company is not adequately equipped to deal with clients requests, hence delays. Had I known up front that there was a major issues in Revolut because it’s understaffed I wouldn’t have transferred my funds. Why Revolut did not inform me before my transfer about potential major delays. Instead, they pushed their problem on me - “we ( Revolut ) don’t have resources to deal customers request, so you ( customer ) will assume the consequences” putting their customers in a very vulnerable position and exposing to potencial significant financial losses. **Developer response:** Hi. Nach meiner Einschätzung ist das gesamte System so aufgebaut, dass in erster Linie die Bank profitiert und nicht der Kunde. Keine echten Marktpreise: Weder beim Kauf noch beim Verkauf wurden die gegenwärtigen Markt- bzw. Börsenkurse tatsächlich übernommen. Stattdessen gab es deutliche Unterschiede, was zu meinem Nachteil war. Gebühren: Zusätzlich zu den preislichen Abweichungen entstehen erhebliche Gebühren, die jede mögliche Rendite weiter schmälern. Fazit: Unter dem Strich gewinnt bei jedem Geschäft die Bank selbst, während der Anleger mit doppeltem Nachteil (Kursabweichung + Gebühren) zurückbleibt. Aus meiner Sicht eignet sich diese Plattform daher nicht für seriöses Trading oder langfristiges Investment, da Transparenz und Fairness gegenüber dem Kunden nicht gegeben sind. ### 1/5 — Lose your crypto coins and trade sales money. *2025-08-18* My crypto trade funds have been misplaced by the Revolut X app, and my crypto tokens have effectively gone missing. Their support team has admitted awareness of of a outtage problem in their app, but told me it would take they have no timeline to resolve and give me my money/coins back. I can see all of my fulfilled transactions in the trade log on the app. For a trading platform, this level of risk and lack of urgency is unacceptable. There are far safer and more reliable apps in the market that prioritise user funds and transparency. I strongly advise against using this one. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever. Avoid using this bank for crypto trades. *2025-08-14* They are not transparent and locking/withholding your assets without any prior notice. Their policies and terms and conditions are only applicable if its suits them. When you prove them wrong they send you script messages with apologies but done do nothing to help. BTW. Revolt X doesn’t really have a little fees. If you look closely when you buying coins they charge you much more for each coin than the actual price of the coin. And you only notice that after transaction is completed. ### 2/5 — ITS SIMPLE SIMON but I reckon *2026-07-02* You Revout could really benefit from running a trading stocks and crypto training academy (Police Academy Coded) for a select few of us who are giving this a go but who do not have the foggiest if they are maximising their opportunities or if they are just throwing money into the ether. Take a random selection of dunces like me and turn us into machines (ethically of course😂) could make for an excellent potentially hilarious and typically British marketing and ad campaign! I’d do it! Think the NatWest/Barclays children’s money literacy scheme but comical and heartwarming. The 2 stars are because it’s so basic but I’m happy to amend in future when I’m a crypto millionaire ❣️ ### 3/5 — Prix *2026-05-14* Frais Revolut pour crypto reste trop cher ### 3/5 — Great but needs an update *2026-01-12* The app is great; it’s easy to navigate, and the interface is perfect. Nonetheless the trading page is at times unresponsive and the price can freeze giving you wrong price info if buying/selling at market rates so users should trade carefully until an update comes. You can get there by heading to your profile section -> help -> chat with us. ### 3/5 — Nice idea, needs to be matured further *2025-03-25* The standalone Revolut crypto app is a nice idea but it is lacking a lot of features compared to the desktop web interface and is really fiddly to put limit orders on when trying to get a price from the order book for example. It would make much more sense to see the order book when you are typing in your buy/sell price or copy the price instead of manually typing. Also to pinch the price graph to zoom in rather than click on the time period and watch the animation refresh again and again. As it stands I would only really use the app as a portfolio viewer. Staking in the main banking app is also another great bonus - no moving coins around. You can buy very small amounts of a coin too, which is another huge bonus . You can see why revolut banking has taken the financial world by storm, they are strivers.. constantly changing what’s available to the everyday person. Let’s hope they continue to be the same and not get internally hijacked and changed. Travel currency, international transfers, Air miles/Rev points. I do think if they heavily went into ESIMs - so as to be hyper competitive on price - they could be a world leader in this field too. Or maybe if they created another banking package that provided a monthly mobile/data allowance as part of that monthly package .. that could also be a big hitter.
