One for 10% off of my first purchase with a coupon code, that did not work, another with 15% off that one also did not work. I purchased the item anyway, but I just have to wonder why do you even bother to offer the coupon if you aren’t going to honor them anyway? As I mentioned, this has been my first purchase and due to the coupon offer that did not work, it will also be my last and only purchase on Revolve. Don’t offer coupons or an incentive if you do not intend to honor them, just baiting customers is kind of a cheesy , sleazy way to offer a service. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t support auto fill *2025-05-09, version 2.12.1* Frustrating that I have to type all my information in manually. I tried to edit it about 6 times and continuously got an error that it couldn’t be updated. Please improve as it is frustrating. I do not have a problem on the Saks or Shopbop app with their items loading. Also hate when you go to view something in the new item it reloads back to the beginning. I don’t want have to keep on scrolling back to where I originally was, it is very annoying. Not only does it get stuck on the first page of every screen and prevent you from scrolling through merchandise, but when I tried to buy something, the payment screen wouldn't even allow me to enter my credit card information. ### 1/5 — Poor quality app *2017-07-27, version 1.2.0* The app is extremely uncomfortable which makes it completely useless. First of all I had to log in using a browser cuz the app would shut me out after every password entry. Second: after unlike first an item the app rolls back up and I have to scroll it down again which is very irritating! Third: in my favorites list there's no information about the item's availability, this is very very uncomfortable. Dear app creators have you actually used your own app? Your job is so far from finished!
