The app is confusing about the recording length — it says 6 minutes max but it varies every time you hit record, which makes it unpredictable at live events. On top of that, sharing videos is painfully slow even with perfect service — clients stand around awkwardly waiting for their video to load. I was also double charged after canceling and had to buy another plan on the spot just to fix problems the app caused. Support is slow and hard to reach. Thankfully, the videos are saved to my phone, allowing me to send them to my clients manually, but this is not what I expect from a service costing $50 a month. I never got that. The concept of the app is great but it definitely needs work on the quality side, it seems like that app makes the videos blurry. When doing an event it’s embarrassing when the people keep coming up to you telling you that their video isn’t downloading. You have to keeping re-loading them so they can appear. I haven’t had any files delete one me. Also when I first got the app I loved that it would go straight to the QR code so people can scan and go, now you have to stand there and click on “save, save and share, delete “ button then the QR code comes up. Quero o meu dinheiro de volta. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with iPhone 17 pro max. *2025-12-07, version 2.1* Extremely disappointing for professionals the app isn’t optimized for the newest iPhones. I run a 360 photo booth business, and I depend on the RevoSpin app for live events. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, one of the newest and most capable devices available. To my surprise, the app displayed a warning saying my device is “not recommended” for best performance. This makes absolutely no sense. A brand new flagship iPhone should deliver the best performance, not be flagged as incompatible. Instead of improving workflow at my event, this message caused unnecessary stress during a paid holiday booking. Professional operators invest in the latest equipment to deliver the best experience to clients. For an app as crucial as RevoSpin, falling behind on device compatibility is unacceptable. It gives the impression that the software is outdated and not being maintained at the level the industry requires. RevoSpin needs to urgently update their application to fully support the iPhone 17 series. Many of us upgrade specifically for stability and performance we shouldn’t be penalized for using the most current hardware. Until this is fixed, the app feels unreliable and out of touch with the needs of real event professionals. The hardware is great, but the software is falling behind. ### 1/5 — APP WITH 360BOOTH *2025-08-29, version 2.0* I’ve been using RevoSpin for a over a year and haven’t seen new updates . I use it for free because I don’t think it’s worth paying $100 month for this app. You can update your phone or the app because the videos will delete which that shouldn’t happen on an app we should be able to update our phones without videos deleting . ### 1/5 — NEVER AGAIN *2025-05-10, version 2.0* Not only have we supported Revo spin in their store, we also have been using their app for a while now. We know the ins and outs and I can tell you that you’re better looking elsewhere for a different app, even if you’re using Revo products. They offer no support and for the price, I expect better technology for this app. Day of our event, we were trying to purchase this app but it kept crashing and we had to use a different app, which we prefer much more now. But I wish someone would have told me that this software is not trustworthy or easy to use. I then called the company and they told me to subscribe again and it should work which i did using a different card, yet again it was not working. I ahd then removed my card from the site and app. I had then repeatedly contacted the company to get a refund and they constantly transferred me to different departments. Some departments took few days before contacting me again, just to tell me that they could not give me a subscription nor get me any form of refund. Moreover, although i removed the card from both the app and site it kept on taking money and i couldn’t do anything about it. I had no choice but to contact my bank and get a new card and get no refund whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Suporte tecnico péssimo *2023-10-16* O suporte tecnico é pessimo. O “business development manager”, Miguel Salmeron manda emails repetidos do tipo “você precisa de ajuda?” “O que você precisa?” Mesmo explicando o ocorrido, ele manda outro mail com a mesma pergunta. Os videos estao saindo com a marca dagua, mesmo pagando R$ 270 mensais de assinatura.
