A recent comparison I did was of two restaurants, both had 4.5 star reviews. One had 2500 reviews and the other 1400 reviews which looked equal to me. After looking at the review from RevuIQ I learned that the recent reviews out of the 2500 reviews were more negative. Maybe the new manager is doing a bad job or something as recent quality had gone down hill.
