My phone is new and not even 1 month long and not jailbreaked. Checked android play store review, but turns out it was similar issues with android for some months already. The card unloaded itself in the meanwhile thus causing inconvenience. Without it, you cannot use the card. I contacted support and they said they will look into it in 2-3 days. It’s been four days and I lost my rewards balance as the card auto unloaded on 48 hours. Like me, all you will get from this application is 160 lost miles, which Is the loading fee from Etihad! Every time I log in, it turns into a fun little guessing game. Will it say invalid credentials today, or will it magically let me in? Who knows. Keeps things exciting. And that password reset link on the login screen? Absolutely brilliant. It is there for decoration, I assume, because it definitely does not work. Such a thoughtful feature. At this point, I cannot log in anyway, so thank you for that smooth and seamless user experience. Shortly after applying, my account was suspended without warning or explanation. To make matters worse, I was unable to redeem my hard-earned miles. Despite reaching out to the support team, it's been two months and my account remains suspended. I've provided all the requested documents, but still, there's been no resolution or update on the status of my account. The lack of communication and the prolonged suspension of my account have been frustrating and disappointing.
