It just shows loading whenever I enter my information, it stays like that until the app shuts down. ### 1/5 — Issues *2024-08-08, version 1.5* App keeps opening with “app failed to fetch version data”. Will not allow me to log in with correct information. When signing into the website using correct information I am able to sign in no problem. I can’t get past the log in screen on the app. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling, does nothing. ### 1/5 — Would give less if I could *2024-04-19, version 1.4* They changed something and I could no longer log on. I was told I had to reload the app. Did that. Then had to login which failed. I get sent a password reset link! Surprise! The link fails on three browsers! Says ssl_protocol_error. And won’t let me proceed! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t load coupons when you’re in the store! *2024-03-15, version 1.4* Where to start….. -Painfully slow app even on high end smartphones. -App won’t load coupons on the WiFi provided by the hospital and service isn’t good enough to load them without the WiFi. -Updates seem to have caused more issues than they fixed. -Bad UI, could be condensed and simpler to use. If I cannot get this app to work then I’m not longer shopping there and that’s like $60/week in the store losses, more frustrating than it’s worth and it’s bad enough for how much they upcharge even over gas stations mind actual grocery stores. ### 1/5 — Just awful *2024-02-12, version 1.4* I used to enjoy shopping in our gift shop. Please try again.” ### 1/5 — Unfinished website *2025-12-16, version 1.8* This app seems like it got started off just to get people hooked into the point program however there’s nothing on there that allows me to see what is actually in the store. Every single button I click brings me to the same explanation that it looks like I’ve hit a page that’s under construction or something silly like that.
