Cant redeem points without “world id”. No orb locations nearby to verify. Vicious circle. It just stays at the opening “rewardme” screen and that’s even after I deleted and reinstalled it. I’m leaving this review since even the app support website is down too. The app suddenly stopped working the last couple of days or so. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but when opening the app, all it does is stay on the reward me opening screen. What’s going on? ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2025-07-25* It’s taken me over 3 years to get enough to redeem for a gift card; and I couldn’t even get one of the good gift cards because apparently my account has a daily redemption quota of $25, all of the good gift cards are worth $30. I’ve given them access to my data and then can’t even get the gift card I want. And I have to wait 14 days for the gift card I was able to get to arrive. I’ll be deleting this app as soon as I get my gift card. It’s not worth it to give them your data and get practically nothing for it. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback. I’ve had it for a few weeks and I don’t know how to use it. **Developer response:** RewardMe is an app that rewards your daily shopping in online merchants (e.g. Food panda, Uber, Amazon etc).. Make it seem with higher membership levels you get more money but you only get a higher earning percent but it still maxes out at $5 making all the extra membership levels not beneficial. If this was disclosed anywhere online or in the app that would be nice but it’s just hidden from everyone. Beside this big issue I really like the app I just don’t find it right you continue to take my receipt data after the $5 cap and then give $0 for it. At least pause taking the data if you’re not giving rewards for it. (Update lowered start rating to 1 since I reached out asking for help and clarification and was ignored now for 3 business days happy to adjust my review fully once get more info and clarification) ### 1/5 — Not working anymore *2026-06-12* This app is usually okay but now it hasn’t been working for several weeks. **Developer response:** Hi, we are sorry to hear your unplesant experience.
