Restarted my phone and nothing changed, still same issues. Offloaded the app and that seemed to fix the frozen issue but now when downloading videos the download gets to 100%, says “waitingtoretry” then restarts the download, gets to 100% again just to say “failed” no matter what profile this is what keeps happening to me now?????? This app was amazing but I now I can’t download anything at all.
