### 5/5 — Learning to live a full life

*2026-02-06*

I’ve only been using this app for a short while but I already feel as if I’m healing

### 3/5 — Potentially Good But Buggy

*2026-01-27*

If the app worked as advertised it could be useful but suggestions for questions to ask are often broken making the exercises impossible to do.

**Developer response:** Dear derp slerp. We're sorry you found these errors so frustrating. We have been working on it and fortunately we are releasing a fix in the coming days. We hope you enjoy the new version 🙂

### 5/5 — Helpful for anxiety

*2026-01-19*

The guided exercises have been helpful so far when I am experiencing anxiety. I like the option to try different methods to help keep me grounded. Thanks for making such a great app!

**Developer response:** Dear Desiree, thank you so much for your feedback. We're so glad it helps with your anxiety. Reviews like this give us strength to keep going and make the app even better for you 😊

### 5/5 — Emma

*2026-01-16, version 1.2.11*

finally a CBT toolbox to help me practice shifting my negative thoughts alongside CbT therapy!

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2025-12-11, version 1.2.9*

This app was very helpful

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2025-11-20*

I was feeling really down, had a lot of negative thoughts. Used this app for a few mins and ended up re-wiring my thoughts for happier ones. Thank You so much!

### 5/5 — Well worth it

*2025-11-17*

Although some apps which ask for a subscription are unreliable or cheap product, Rewire is a full servicing app with fully functional features.

Different forms of cbt and dbt and plenty more helpful resources for an individual going through a mental health hiccup or even a small scale dilemma.

To anyone considering signing up I recommend it as it’s a great investment in their mental health management.

### 5/5 — Life changing

*2025-10-25*

This app has been life changing for me. I finally understand why I spiral—and how to stop it. Thank you so much.

### 4/5 — Is there a way to view past entries

*2025-09-17*

Its a very good app and the AI suggestions for reframing have been helpful. There are ways to save individual statements, but is there a way to view entire past entries? I find that extremely helpful to see patterns and how thinking repeats ir shifts over time

**Developer response:** Dear jrathofkopf, thanks so much for your kind words. We're really glad the app is helping you. Seeing past entries is definitely on the roadmap for future features, so stay put :)

### 5/5 — Simple and effective

*2025-09-07, version 1.2.3*

Rewire has been surprisingly solid for me. Most mental health apps either drown you in features or charge a fortune, but this one keeps it simple and practical. The interface is clean, and the way it guides you through exercises feels supportive without being heavy-handed. What I’ve liked most is how it mixes freedom with prompts—so I can get my thoughts out but also get a nudge when I need it. I’ve actually learned things I can apply day to day, and having my notes and reminders in one spot makes it easier to see progress instead of slipping back.

### 5/5 — It helped me see my thoughts aren't always true

*2025-09-02*

I've uncovered patterns I never saw before. And I'm learning to accept my shadow and be kind to all parts of me. Thank you so much!

**Developer response:** Thank you, Jack! Glad the app helped you :)

### 5/5 — sometimes simple is best

*2025-08-30*

i've been using this app for a few weeks now. after the 3 day trial, i knew i needed to continue with it. the market for these kinds of apps is flooded with really pricy, bells-and-whistles approaches. but rewire it is much more affordable despite being so much more practical and useful. the ui alone is so much easier to navigate, it feels really organic and not overdone. the app guiding you through the steps of these processes is helpful and just the right amount of assistance. it gives you a lot of space to independently communicate and figure things out, but also generates phrases based on your responses that you can fill in or change to be more specific. it's not trying to dictate or tell you what you're experiencing, but to nudge you in the right direction. the generation can be really useful when you have little experience with professional therapy techniques or environments. i've been able to learn things like cognitive distortions or rain that i can apply much more readily every day. i try to use it when i'm hung up on something and just can't convince myself otherwise, and building that habit has been really beneficial for me thus far.
when it comes to the app's other functions, i find the ability to save your insights and reaffirming thoughts in one place to be super convenient. i'm horrible at remembering things i've realized, and tend to fall back into the same kind of thinking. but i can look through now and see where i've figured it out. and i love that the app reminds you of what you learned when you open it. i do the cbt exercises mainly, and it's been really impactful for me. like with anything good for you, it's best if you make it a habit to check in, but i think it's really worth it.

**Developer response:** Dear wizard11-45, we're thrilled you find the app so helpful 🥹. Your kind words give us strength to keep working on the app everyday and help our users as best we can 💙. We would love to hear more about your experience with the app and how we can keep improving it for you. You can drop us a line at hello@authentek.info and we'll take it from there 🙂‍

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Freezes- No App Support

*2026-08-09*

Day one and the app isn’t working. I had to answer a bunch of personal questions before even being told the price of subscription. Typical but invasive nonetheless. Now that I have completed a few exercises the app keeps freezing on a loading screen. The app support link goes to the privacy policy. I will not be continuing the subscription.

**Developer response:** Dear crb0073, we're sorry about your experience. Our support email is hello@authentek.info. You can find it on the app's listing on the Apple Store. Could you please send us an email so that we can look into your issue? We'll be happy to help you with any issues you're experiencing

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2026-06-06*

Doesn’t let you sign up so can’t use the app, perfect!

### 1/5 — Pay wall

*2026-04-23*

Puts you through an excruciating and long introduction of yourself and then makes you pay to use the app. For an app for people with BPD the abandonment from this app is crazy lol. We want apps because physically workbooks and therapy cost too much money in this economy. I have BPD and cant afford to pay rent and eat but this app wants me to pay them a subscription. Like yeah ok.

### 1/5 — Scam app. Delete it!

*2026-03-30, version 1.2.17*

Don’t waste your time with this scam app! You have to endure a long onboarding then can’t even use the app unless you use the forced 3 day free iAP. This is just AI garbage and a total scam!

### 1/5 — Fully paid app, time waster

*2026-03-12, version 1.2.15*

After taking you through exhausting intro, they give you 3 days free. Bye.

### 1/5 — behind a paywall

*2025-12-27*

horrible app. Should’ve just made it to where you have to buy the app if the services are stuck behind a paywall.

**Developer response:** Hey LianFansu, the subscription is what keeps the AI improving and personalizing to you over time — it gets better the more you use it. The 3-day free trial is there so you can experience it before committing

### 1/5 — Useless, Repetitive App

*2025-11-18*

Tries to squeeze everything into easy nugget that reframing every problem is the answer.

So mindless, that it just saved “suicide is an option” as an affirmation for me!

**Developer response:** Dear Lidget26, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the app. The app is designed to learn from you the more you use it, so it takes time for the personalization to fully kick in. As for self-harm prevention, we take it very seriously and we have built-in measures to prevent the AI from ever creating suggestions inviting to self harm. However, the option to save affirmations is based on what the user wrote themselves in the input. Since the user has the freedom to write anything they want, they can save anything to their affirmations, and the app will show that option. If you have any additional concerns or would like to elaborate on your experience, feel free to contact us at hello@authentek.info

### 1/5 — Disappointing at best

*2025-08-17, version 1.2.1*

Pretty disappointing. It gives you 3 good days of exercises and then after the free trial it takes your money and it doesn’t give you any more. Library of exercises is limited. Wouldn’t waste my money again lol

### 1/5 — Paywall, can’t use without paying.

*2025-07-14, version 1.1.15*

Seemed so good, I was so excited to download, I completed the survey/quiz and was ready to start using the app, and then bam. Paywall. I cannot afford it, even if it was one cent a year. I wanted to get better and have more ways to do so while I wait to get real professional help because the waitlists are insane in Canada and I can’t afford someone who works for themself.

### 2/5 — 3 Day Free Trial

*2025-11-30, version 1.2.9*

The free Trial was only for 3 days. It didn’t give me time to see what the app has to offer and if it will be a good fit for me. A week would have given me a better understanding of how it works. I guess I won’t bother with it.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It helps me practice what I learn in therapy

*2026-08-19*

This helped me so much in between my therapy sessions. It follows up with me, and when I'm having an episode, it reminds me of the tools that I've learned in the past but I forget in the moment. I can't begin to express how useful that is! It saves me from making a mess around me whenwver I get triggered.

### 5/5 — I'm finally changing

*2026-08-15*

For the first time, I’m actually applying DBT every day! This app makes it so much easier to use my tools outside of therapy.

### 5/5 — Waking up the unconscious!

*2026-06-12, version 1.2.28*

Answering the question woke up my sleeping unconscious and the rephrasing my wishes has given me an unexpected motivation feeling. Thank you, Rewire!

### 5/5 — ⭐️

*2026-06-07, version 1.2.28*

Simple, cute, logical

### 5/5 — Really helps

*2026-05-13*

This app has been so helpful for managing my anxiety and attachment issues.

**Developer response:** Dear Desiree, thank you so much for your feedback. We're so glad it helps with your anxiety. Reviews like this give us strength to keep going and make the app even better for you 😊

### 5/5 — Helps me get out of my head

*2026-04-05, version 1.2.17*

Been using this for a few weeks now and it's becọme part of my routine. When I'm stuck in a bad headspace it helps me see where my thinking is getting distorted. Love that it gives you space to work things out yourself but still nudges you in the right direction.

### 5/5 — Better than I expected

*2026-04-05, version 1.2.17*

Few weeks in and I'm genuinely impressed. Way better value than the other ones I tried. The ui feels natural and not overdone, and the CBT exercises help without being patronizing. the app nudges you in the right direction rather than telling you what to think. I've picked up techniques I actually use all the time now. Saving your insights and being able to look back at them is a nice touch too. Thanks for making this!

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-03-19, version 1.2.16*

This app has been really helpful for me. The AI CBT and DBT check-ins feel genuinely insightful, and the guided exercises have been especially helpful when I’m anxious. I love having different options to stay grounded, and I’m excited to see the app keep growing!

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2026-03-10, version 1.2.14*

This app is cute and has helped me out a lot from a bad head space.

### 5/5 — A game changer!

*2026-02-27*

Life is hard sometimes, this helps! Love the new check in feature and how it prompts you to exercises. It really helps you get to the root of thought patterns and emotions and has been a game changer for in my days.
