It’s managed to bring down my screen time significantly and increase my productivity. Tho I do have some minor things I would like to pick up on. I personally dislike how you can’t decide how much time each daily protocol gives you and it resets after 24hrs instead of just at 12:00 at night which would make it far more convenient.
