## What is Rexograph?

Rexograph turns your ordinary photos and documents into authentic-looking copies from a 1960s-80s spirit duplicator, the purple-inked "Ditto machine" that once filled classrooms, church basements, and office mailrooms with its unmistakable smell and look.

Snap a photo of anything, or import a PDF, and Rexograph recreates the entire physical process: the aniline dye tint, uneven solvent wetting, real paper grain, ink streaks and blots, even the faint ghost of a neighboring page bleeding through a damp stack. It's built on real research into how these machines actually worked, not a generic photo filter.

Rexograph 1.1 is a major update to the vintage effects engine and the whole editing experience:
- All-new aging controls: Run Progress, Paper Age, Light Exposure, and Set-off/Ghosting. Recreate exactly how a real spirit-duplicator copy fades and wears over time
- Every slider now has a built-in info button explaining what it does and the real chemistry or mechanics behind it
- A completely reworked processing pipeline for a far more authentic, less "digital" look with softer edges, irregular ink blots, real paper texture, and a purple tint that never goes fully black
- Much faster live preview when adjusting sliders
- Fixed pinch-to-zoom on the editing screen
- Cleaner, more reliable file names when exporting or sharing
- Refreshed, more polished interface throughout the app
