Every. Time. *2025-02-14, version 1.4.14* Yep. Whenever you want to access your router, you have to LOG INTO your ACOUNT. It makes you create one JUST TO MESS WITH YOUR ROUTER. Close the app and come back at a later date and it chooses to forget who you are and ask you to log in again! WHY? Interestingly, I find that ANY TIME I need to get into my router, it is because I am encountering a frustrating issue and this EXACERBATES THAT FRUSTRATION. I cannot recommend this app especially because they put features behind it. You'll need it, and hate it! I hate networking. It is the least fun thing about IT. This app makes that worse. Refund your device now if logging in and account walled features are something you hate. We all gotta stop letting companies think this is okay. The app used to be functional and I would be able to go in and see what’s going on, fix things, and move on with my day. Now the app can hardly recognize if my routers are online, it struggles to show connected clients, web portals don’t work because it doesn’t recognize my routers half the time, I have to physically power cycle all three of my routers to get them to show up sometimes. I rolled the dice on this system after Googles mesh system became unusable (satellites would not connect, well documented and grieved by the community), now it seems this system may be going down the same “things are functioning as designed” path that Google took, aka, fired all their talent and no one putting in time for maintenance and updates. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Don’t forget to sign up with your cloud account to bind all the routers ### 4/5 — Not too bad! *2023-03-25, version 1.4.2* I did initially encounter an error saying that the router was offline and couldn’t connect. However, clicking into the settings and forcing the router to update resolved the issue. The app works perfectly now and is much better than I had anticipated. ### 3/5 — Need a new design *2024-10-13, version 1.4.13* It does the work, but it’s kind of slow ### 3/5 — App functionality *2023-11-27, version 1.4.7* Like other reviews stated it’s simple to startup, but initially it repeatedly asks for permission to past from notes every time you click on a new page in the app which is annoying. The setup process was simple but once I got to the last stage where I had to bind the router to manage all the settings it doesn’t complete, even though the loading is at 100% for an hour. So I went on the website listed on the instructions and was able to manage the router settings using that website. For a better level of control you’ll want to use a web browser.
