Great software
Rezerv has been much more than a booking platform for my business. From the beginning, their team took the time to ask thoughtful questions—not just about what I needed from the software, but about what kind of business I wanted to build. That mentorship and genuine interest made a difference, especially in the early stages of business ownership.
The platform itself is incredibly well designed. Spot booking has been a game changer for us, and Rezerv has continued to grow with our business rather than feeling like something we have to work around.
What I appreciate most, though, is that there is always a human on the other side. Owning and growing a small business comes with plenty of moments when you don’t know the answer, and being able to reach an actual person who understands the platform—and understands business—can be incredibly grounding.
I would recommend Rezerv to anyone looking for a platform that can grow with their business. It is thoughtfully and expertly designed, but it’s the people behind it that really set it apart.
