## What is RF Time Tracker?

RF Time Tracker is a professional time tracking app for teams and freelancers. Track your work hours in real time, create manual entries, and generate detailed reports.

CORE FEATURES

- Live Timer: Start and stop a timer with one tap. Add a description and optional project tag. Your timer keeps running even if you close the app.

- Manual Time Entries: Log past work by selecting start and end times. Add descriptions, projects, tags, and break minutes. Duration is calculated automatically.

- Statistics & Dashboard: See today's hours, weekly totals, and all-time statistics. A weekly bar chart shows your work pattern. Browse and edit recent entries directly.

- Export & Reports: Export time data as CSV, JSON, or formatted Excel (.xlsx) timesheets. Share via email or any app. Admins can generate company-wide monthly reports.

- Team Management (Admin): Dedicated dashboard showing all members' entries. Filter by user, date range, or flagged entries. Manage users, roles, and invite codes.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Sign in with Google or Apple — no separate password needed. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Multi-tenant architecture keeps your data completely isolated. GDPR-compliant with full data export and deletion rights. Hosted on Google Cloud in Europe.

INVITE-BASED ONBOARDING

Your admin shares an invite link. Open the link, install the app, and you're connected to your team.
