No se puede iniciar sesión ni recuperar la contraseña porque solo se puede hacer si sabes tu usuario, pero no puedes iniciar sesión si tienes la contraseña y la cuenta de email. Si no sabes tu usuario no hay forma de recuperar la cuenta con la dirección de correo registrada. Un desastre.
