It’s difficult to find what bills you have up to be paid! It’s just not user friendly ### 2/5 — RFCU Banking App *2025-11-13, version 2025.7.2.1* Up until recently when RFCU updated their system the app worked perfectly. Afterwards it sometimes takes a minute or more to open, more time than not I have to close it several times and reopen it. Strange that opening the site RFCU.com on a browser always works. It is blurred out and says to rotate the phone, which I do, and it never unblurs. My wife has a different iPhone and it worked before the update and now it does the same thing as mine after updating the phone. Developers please check out this issue!!! A few months back they took the app offline for a few days for what was supposed to be a massive update. However the update did nothing more practically then slightly week the design. Since it’s been updated I regularly have issues logging in, and have error messages that pop up. Honestly if these issues aren’t addressed soon I may switch banks. That sounds dramatic but the lack of a consistently working app is very annoying. ### 1/5 — Horrible and broken *2025-10-24, version 2025.7.2.1* This latest release is awful. Paid mortgage early and it incorrectly applied the payment all to principal instead of a regular payment as was displayed on the screen. It’s been over three weeks since I called the bank and no response or follow up. This app and this bank’s service have gone into the toilet. ### 1/5 — garbage and very inconvenient *2025-10-10, version 2025.7.2.1* app goes down multiple times a month if not weekly, and even when the app is up and working there are functions that just don’t work at random, specifically bill pay and transfers. not to mention that app just crashes sometimes for seemingly no reason. should not be this hard for a credit union app, with assuredly less users than an app from a national bank, to run smoothly. ### 1/5 — Not happy with New Update *2025-08-14, version 2025.5.0.1* Amounts that previously posted immediately are now pending. My monthly SS and my weekly paycheck were always available by/before 5:30am. What are you doing???? And not allowing another review? I have to write over previous??? I’ve been satisfied with it thus far. Only thing they need to enhance is on Bill Pay. The drafts don’t have a MEMO section and for recurring payments that can’t be transmitted it is a must have, as that is where one designates Acct.# and what it’s for on a draft. Please add. The check deposit via mobile has lots of problems. The auto capture almost always fails and the manual capture requires a certain degree of skill and stability so the camera can take the picture properly. I’ve almost always have had to resort to scanning my checks in and uploading the pictures via the website.
