This simple game offers instant gratification. Pick a team and play. Buy and sell teams. All fairly easy. But results can seen a bit random. And there are bugs. I accidentally pressed the ‘Sell player’ button of my star striker, which usually changes the button to ‘no further offers received’ for just one go. But now it’s says it permanently so he’s not happy and I can’t ever sell him. Any suggestions? ### 2/5 — So much potential…. *2024-10-07* This game has the potential to be something great…. But the gameplay is horrendous. It’s completely random. It doesn’t matter if your team’s ratings are much higher than the opposition, it doesn’t matter if you go offensive/neutral/defensive, the game results are completely random, which also means you’re pretty much guaranteed to finish mid table every season and probably get sacked. There needs to be more tactics behind the game and more weighting towards actually having a stronger/fit team. Also my player ratings keep changing. Thiago was a 79 when I brought him at 19 and now he is a 76 same season? No injury just a massive decline. But players like Khedira who are always injured have jumped from a 87 to a 90? Make it make sense 😂 ### 2/5 — Good Idea *2024-08-26* This game has a fantastic idea but i think it has so much more potential. First of all i think for a bit of nostalgia this game is perfect and rating etc are spot on. However access to players should be easier. You should be able to sign players from outside your league on a more regular basis, and its almost impossible to win the league. I had Real Madrid 21st ffs 😭. However i might just be really bad. That’s crazy. Was playing it most days since it came out. The original I have investing time and money, lots of time and money. Never had an issue with that game. This one however, when uploading the previous update to the latest one the game kept crashing as soon as I tried to buy a player in any league and any game on RFM 24. In the end I had to delete the game and upload it again, many times. As a result, I have lost all my locked season purchases, I had them all. I am being told I have to purchase the locked seasons either by buying again or using points. My points have all been lost also, all my many points I had built up. I have also lost my purchases in each game for £1.Billion purchased on most the seasons and leagues. I tried to buy extra seats @ £2.99 and £1B @ £9.99 for the French league in the unlocked season which I think was 1995. Payment went through, I received invoices, but the purchases in game didn’t show up. I had to go through Apple to get a prompt refund for both purchases. I have spent easily over £100 in purchases for this game, I am a big fan and I totally love being able to go back in time and play seasons from many years back. This game and RFM Retro are unique and both unbelievably addictive special games and for me poop all over the FM games. But I am unhappy because I can’t claim some not all, of my back no matter how many times I delete then re upload the game. Even restore purchases only gives me back some purchases and definitely not the locked seasons I purchased. I have tried to contact the coast team, still waiting for a reply some five or so days ago in writing this review. Guy’s… I will continue to play your games as they are so good and lot’s of love and passion has gone into making your games the standout football management games that they are. And I have been playing your games since release without any problems at all until now. Not trying to turn people away from purchasing from you, in fact, I would strongly urge any football management game lovers play and become as addicted as all your happy fans have. But please, if you can advise how I can restore my points and purchases I would be grateful. I have even been thinking about £59.99 purchase for £1B for each and every game and season as it is such a good deal. Anyway, will you be adding the Scottish leagues to rfm 24…I know rfm retro already has them but it would be the icing on the already delicious cake that is RFM 24… ### 1/5 — Stress *2024-03-13* This game is bad for mental health so if you care about your mental health then don’t play this game.
