App has not worked like it did for last 4 months and they don’t respond to emails regarding issues but are more than happy to take your money,BEWARE

Should be called Fire & Rescue Pager. Use to work well in our area with both F&R with Rfs but not anymore. Massive delays as well

Not a good service for an app you pay for.goes down for numerous weeks and when you send them message about you get no response.app hasn’t worked properly again since 12/06/24 and they have done nothing about it but happy to take your money for it.

If you have a problem, don’t bother emailing the help/tech support. They won’t respond are provide assistance, even if you’re a subscriber. 

User interface and subscription features are clunky. And sometimes feeds drop off or push notifications don’t flow through.

The latest version of this app is pretty average. Button design along the bottom of the screen is affected by the bar to swipe up. Notifications come through but are then not visible on the app. Badges do not reset. 
For a paid app I’d expect more.

Very hit and miss on the brigades that I have selected it does not work for brigades both fire and rescue and rfs if it works it is lucky to work say 1 time a day for rfs and no time for fire and rescue that I have selected in my area and the brigades are out heaps have emailed the company but no reply in 2 months

I would say this app is actually more reliable than receiving the signal to my pager. Well done to the developers and the effort that you guys put in.

Out of interest, how far back did you scroll? I’d like to try and replicate this!

There is a Need Help button under Profile > Other. If you could use that and email me your installation ID I should be able to get to the bottom of it.
