Their backend gets random software updates anytime, and then for the next 2–3 days students keep suffering because the team is busy fixing bugs instead of providing a stable platform. They have absolutely no concern for students’ time and preparation. The support team is extremely disappointing. Every time you call, they just say “please wait” with no proper solution or timeline. I literally had to wait 12 days for a single bug to get fixed, which is unacceptable for an educational platform. What’s worse is that they only seem to work properly during the morning. At night, nothing gets resolved and students are left helpless. The teamwork, management, and technical handling are completely unprofessional.
