RGFC is a great bank, and I love the convenience of the apps. If I could change anything, it would be being able to use my debit card on Apple Pay.

Other than that, 5 star banking for me.

I am extremely pleased with the services that I receive from All the people who work in the RGFCU in Belton, MO.

In particular, Ms. Lori Lee, the Loan Officer who services my Acct.
Ms. Lee, always has a positive attitude, I can hear in her voice, the pleasure when assisting me, in sometimes, difficult transactions. 

As a Member of RGFCU for more than 42 years, I salute 💎

### 5/5 — Challenge questions fix

Seeing other reviews I wanted to take a minute and let everyone know I had the same problem but there is a fix. If your login ID is less than 6 digits (example you use your account number 12345) you have to put a zero in front and use 012345. Only fix one it is installed is uninstall and reinstall and try this. Other option is to go to self service in home banking from a computer and change your login ID to something other than your account number and use this in the app. This is actually a more secure option so you're not using your account number! Good Luck!

The app is clean and well made. I immediately downloaded it as soon as I saw it was available and loved it's quick and easy response. I've been a member of this credit union for decades, and this just solidifies more of a reason for me to keep banking with them. Great job on the app!
