The support has been fantastic. They typically answer within an hour have modified things for us within a day. ### 1/5 — Horrible App. Deletes accounts *2024-06-02* This app is entrusted with recording professional development credits for conferences. It frequently fails to record codes which can only be entered within a time frame. Then it deletes your credits and entire account record within a very short time frame. No email or warning. Permanently deleted and the customer service is non existent.
