I have a premium membership but every-time I try to open the rhapsody of the month the app just crashes or closes, same as when I purchase a book if I try to open it, the app closes automatically. . I can’t even send in app feedback the feedback buttons are not working. I really loved the upgrades but I wish I could go back to the old version at least there was some level of functionality. My mom and I did not have to reinstall, we signed in and it took us to the rhapsody. The issue now is(this is not new, it has been happening) when we go to the library to open the rhapsody we just get a blank page. We click download then read and nothing but blank white page, when you touch the page it say please try request again. Thank you in advance for you help. It can get really ridiculous. If it wasn’t for the fact that the content is so life transforming, I would have deleted this App a long time ago. It can be VERY FRUSTRATING. After 2 days and many emails later, my problem has not been resolved. Truly this App has been a disappointment.
