It really helps us to keep going and delivering the best :) ### 2/5 — Stability And Speed Issues AND NOT USER FRIENDLY *2026-05-31* FURTHER UPDATES after the last update, it will not load. it keeps me giving me “unable to initialise connection” message. when it does load, it is with a blank home page or when i do get to sign in with my touch ID, and choose accounts it will not load. and it keeps asking me to update my profile when there is nothing to update. i tried it anyway and saved the updates, it will still show up again the next time i get to log in. i have restarted my device and i do not want to delete the app as all the data will be erased and i have so many favs and billers saved. PLEASE FIX THIS UPDATE I have downgraded my 3 star review. If i could it would be a MINUS. It’s gotten worse. I added about 20-30 bank, credit card and loan accounts, billers, govt payees and Paypal as favourites using the RHB website. (The constant TAC and security question input at EVERY REQUEST is also frustrating and irritating). I have signed in and been verified, it should not keep asking me at every request or transaction. Maybe a TAC at an unusually large transaction is applicable but for adding a favourite. SERIOUSLY. Even while using the website, it is slow and i got a few error message 502, oops the server is not responding or logs me out. TERRIBLE. The reason i chose not to use the app to add my favourites is because of the constant TAC inputs. Using my mobile, in order to read the TAC, i have to exit the app, when i do that, guess what. IT LOGS ME OUT. So i have to do the process all over again. Again, TERRIBLE!!!!!!! While i was out, i tried to use the app to make a payment, NO FAVOURITES. The app tells me to add favourites. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. NOT USER FRIENDLY. It’s obviously not linked to my account. Now it seems I have to re-add all my favourites in the app AGAIN. If i did not need this account for my paypal i would close this account. FYI I use iPad Pro IOS 13.2, iPhone 7 Plus IOS 13.1 and HP Pavillion Windows 10. App has been updated. This may not be a factor but i think you can only use 1 registered device - tablet or phone or PC (i have not confirmed this). If this is the case RHB needs to change that - everybody i know uses more than 1 - most have a minimum of 3. I finally got an answer from RHB - their solution - to add favourites i have to use the app. Nowhere (if i am wrong someone please tell me) does it say in the guides that i SHOULD use the app to add favourites. The link it seems is one-way - from app to internet banking only. At 60 yrs old, i am not an IT expert but consider myself tech savvy. I love and use all electronic gadgets where possible. Common sense should prevail and app, internet banking, ATM, counter should be linked. What happens at one, should be reflected at all the others. Initial Jan 20 complaint: Even using touch id, it keeps rejecting my log in. And during transactions, it will give the error message “oops something is wrong, try again”. And i have only been using this for two weeks so i can look forward to more frustrating moments. Thank you. ### 2/5 — info update *2026-05-26, version 3.7.0* was asked to update my information after an online transfer failed, but the app required details that were not even available to me, preventing me from proceeding. This happened multiple times as I kept delaying the update hoping the issue would eventually be fixed but no. The process is poorly designed and unnecessarily blocks users from doing online transactions. Only after contacting customer service was the error finally resolved and was able to proceed. You should improve the user experience instead of creating barriers that prevent users from using basic banking services. ### 5/5 — Praktis *2026-05-14, version 3.7.0* Aplikasi RHB Bank cukup praktis digunakan untuk transaksi harian dengan fitur yang membantu dan navigasi yang nyaman.” ### 2/5 — its a good apps but…… *2026-05-13* i saw the notice on being the older iphone will no longer support for the new app updates in the future, it is kind of sad to have this being the issues when you guys can just make the compatibility updates for older software that we don’t have control on the software update being stuck at certain version, does this mean it affect even for the apple pay to? **Developer response:** Hi uncrowned07, iOS 15 and below is no longer supported on RHB Mobile Banking due to security enhancements and upgraded features. Hence, Apple iOS will no longer provide security updates and protection to some of their older OS versions. For the app itself, it is fluid, efficient and gets the job done with minimal steps. Reliable and every update comes with new features. I hope for longer uptime durimg midnight. For product, their multi-currency stands out as having the most available and transparent fees, plus one of the few local banks that do not care if you are foreigner or local. Just have proper documentation and you can open savings, investment and even credit card. I do hope you can automate more of the processes instead of having us go to branches, but overall, minor, compared to the great service I am experiencing so far. Lastly, they also have in-app chat support, adding another channel for our concerns if phone calls are not possible. The 4 star for now, as I know alot more can be done, but I am very satisfied so far. Keep it up.
