It’s like a striptease each time you ask for an additional piece of info like a bill the registration process times out whilst retrieving same and you have to start again. THIS is why I’m not signing up. ### 1/5 — Unable to login multiple times *2025-08-01, version 2.40* On countless occasions I tried logging in, app helplessly prompts please call customer support. It’s not funny anymore ### 3/5 — Communication Efficiency Can Be Better *2024-03-09, version Version 2.27.0* In iPhone Notification Centre saw pushed notification “Dear Customer …”, click on it and it opens RHB APP. That’s it. Quite cumbersome to login to access inbox to read messages which mostly repeating about scam protection or some promo stuff. A few clicks here there add up to wasted time considering the number of bank APPs one has. Reference another bank how they do it is once you click on the message banner, the bank APP opens with the entire message displaying without need to login. High efficiency just 1 click. Some banks allow access inbox to read such non-sensitive and marketing message without need to login, but requires 3 clicks — better than RHB’s 4 clicks (click message banner in notification centre, click on face id login, click inbox, click message). ### 1/5 — unreliable app *2023-10-18, version 2.25.1* no one listens. Funds function disappeared every month. Pls fix the issue. I granted access but the app persisted in asking ### 1/5 — Rate Zero for lousy App n Poor customer Service from RHB bank and app provider *2023-01-24, version IOS App 2.18.0* RHB bank is slow to address the problems caused by this app to customers and did not look into helping customers on accessing this app. There is no support despite many calls for help. The online log in with computer was removed there is no telephone banking n this silly app is also unaccessible as the earlier versions could not be installed on my phone, rendering no access to my account at all. It’s worse than the days before this app was implemented.
