That’s it. Quite cumbersome to login to access inbox to read messages which mostly repeating about scam protection or some promo stuff. A few clicks here there add up to wasted time considering the number of bank APPs one has. Reference another bank how they do it is once you click on the message banner, the bank APP opens with the entire message displaying without need to login. High efficiency just 1 click. Some banks allow access inbox to read such non-sensitive and marketing message without need to login, but requires 3 clicks — better than RHB’s 4 clicks (click message banner in notification centre, click on face id login, click inbox, click message). ### 3/5 — IOS12 *2022-12-31, version IOS App 2.18.0* Dear support, currently i am still using iphone 6plus which only can use IOS12. Now i am not able to access the app as the update required IOS14. Beside changing phone, what can i do? Called up RHB bank twice but their answer is always the same, “not approve yet”, “try to restart app or phone”, “error at our end, will call to confirm soon” but never once called back to follow up. It’s like a striptease each time you ask for an additional piece of info like a bill the registration process times out whilst retrieving same and you have to start again. The online log in with computer was removed there is no telephone banking n this silly app is also unaccessible as the earlier versions could not be installed on my phone, rendering no access to my account at all. It’s worse than the days before this app was implemented. Please activate it at a later time." FYI, I have waited for 24 hours before I proceed to activate the software token, but I am still facing the same issue, same error message. And no activation code is being sent to my mobile number.
