When i manuallu update it still gave me the same message. The platform is very inefficient and the app is non-intuitive and adds complexity. Hated it at first but am appreciating it now compared to other banking apps. For payroll, EPF n Sosco saves me time. In a few months time, I will switch to Reflex for my other companies. And every time you send a remittance receipt proof, you need to add the date yourself, which is really super troublesome and a waste of time.. Second, the receipt does not show the notes, and the important information about the payment is missing. You can only find it in the history function, but the other party's bank account number is not shown, and the date is only at the top. To prove that the payment receipt is missing information on both sides, you have to fill in the additional content yourself to make it complete. It's so troublesome... Third, the receipt is conjoined, not separate, and the words "successful remittance" are only shown at the top. It is impossible to send all of them to the other party at once. As a result, you need to take a screenshot and crop it yourself before sending it, which is too inconvenient. ### 2/5 — Not so user friendly *2024-03-01, version 1.35.0* Overall easy to learn but the function is too limit even can not check the transaction of the day. How we check if someone do a instant transfer payment as the app only can show history of a day before. Mean I can only confirm the payment received at the next day.
