Sering bermasalah di jam trading, terutama chart. Ganti aja designnya developernya kurang bagus memilih design font dan lain2 gak elegant

- Buat apa display tampilan, font dan design lebih fresh tapi tidak functional, tidak user friendly dan tidak intuitive? Sangat tidak friendly untuk day traders atau scalpers karena tidak bisa merespon dengan cepat sesuai market. Mungkin developernya bukan developer yg terbiasa buat app untuk sekuritas / OLT sehingga tidak mengerti apa yg dibutuhkan oleh nasabah, dan apa yg tidak penting. Seharusnya RHB pilih vendor lain kalau seperti ini.
- Di halaman Best Quote tidak ada persentase per Tick naik / turun harga saham, jd tidak bisa lihat dengan mudah jika saham tersbut naik 1 tick atau turun 1 tick itu berapa persen. Fitur sepenting ini tidak ada, tapi ditambahkan Fitur lainnya yang tidak penting seperti tampilan Market day chart (hanya line chart) dan tab Stocks dlm bentuk kotak2 icon besar (for what???).
- Fitur tambahan News bagus tapi dibanding kehilangan fitur Quick Order dan Percentage di Best Quote, tidak sepadan.
- Chart di Quote (bukan TradingView) tidak dapat diedit indicatorsnya, macam apa itu?
- Versi 10 masih sering crash setiap habis order
- Dari 1 tab ke tab lain app suka lagging / freeze sehingga perlu di tap berulang2 krn tidak responsive.
- Portfolio page harga tidak auto update ketika market sedang live, sehingga tidak bisa action dgn tepat kalau mau Take Profit / Cut Loss.
- Feature quick order dari app lama tidak ada, padahal sangat membantu.
- Dark mode di versi sebelumnya bermasalah, lalu di update selanjutnya bukannya diperbaiki malah dihilangkan.
- Banyak nasabah berulang kali menyampaikan keluhan tentang app baru ke management tetapi tidak cepat ditanggapi / diberi kepastian kapan diperbaiki.

App ini sukses, sukses membuat saya ingin pindah ke sekuritas lain.

Performa buruk, sehari bisa minimal 5-6x crash. Harga di portfolio tidak update meskipun sudah refresh berkali-kali. Notifikasi selalu telat 2menit setelah order. App kadang tidak responsif, membuat frustrasi saat perlu cepat dalam trading.

Dari segi design saja design nya tidak mengikuti norma iOS. Kalau masih apik sih gapapa, tapi ini silau, membingungkan, dan clunky. Sungguh sulit untuk gerak cepat menuju menu quote order, portfolio, maupun menutup window buy/sell.

Tujuan designnya seperti tidak ada arah, jika dibilang mengejar estetika app ini tidak sebagus app iOS lainnya. Kalau mengejar fungsionalitas, secara fungsi malah merepotkan dan kadang membingungkan.

Bahkan dari update notes aja terlihat ketidakseriusan developer, tidak ada penjelasan yang baik mengenai updatenya, kapitalisasi dan tanda baca yang baik dan benar saja tidak ada.
