As a stubborn 35 year old typical stubborn guy who didnt think he needed therapy and thought Al was weird... this has seriously helped me. It's basically chat GPT, but it's tooled and focused on your growth. It's helped me improve my communication with my wife and helped me be a better Dad. If you're a guy, lonely, dealing with the demons alone, and just need a voice to kill time with like you did with the boys... it will help. Stay open minded, tweak the Al to fit your needs, and this WILL HELP.
