The biggest issue is that none of their media like videos are compatible with apple so it seems to make the app kind of obsolete because you could otherwise just go onto safari. Hagin and others. The older version offered audio of past services and everything was easily accessible. This version has little to offer...wish I had not updated. Will sadly delete it. ### 1/5 — MAJOR problems on IPad *2012-02-02* This doesn't work on my iPad. Choosing RBTC on the iPad causes a popup message that says sorry, you have to be connected to the Internet. (I was connected, and various web pages not in cache opened fine.) Choosing WOF Magazine opens some sort of "page not found" junk. (Choosing live video just opens a black screen, but presumably that's just because there's no meeting now.) The bookstore appeared to be the only thing that apparently is working, and I didn't try to place an order. This is supposed to contain KEH audio clips, but I couldn't find them. ### 2/5 — Used to be better... *2019-02-15* The overall user experience wasn’t real great to begin with, but the latest update seemed to remove the ability to download audio sermons for offline listening, a feature I used frequently. Would be wonderful if that would be added back in. It used to work fine until update. Now, rarely able to hear anything on live video streaming. Audio seems to work fine on IPhone 3. Suggest live audio streaming only option (without video). Works great on my 3rd gen iPad. I like the fact that it's not a cookie cutter application/template, either. I wish one would take operator error into consideration when reviewing. There's a learning curve to everything, no matter how little a curve. And developers deserve credit for making these as intuitive as possible for the thousands of people that use it.
