However I wish that if I have to go back and report my symptoms on a previous day it would stay on that day instead of advancing back to the present day. Also something that needs to be added is urinary pain and UTI’s as part of autoimmune disease specific to Sjorgrens syndrome. I guess the cost would depend on several factors. I researched everything before signing up. It makes keeping up with my symptoms and flares easier between visits, I no longer have to remember when I had a flare cause my Dr gets this information before my next visit. All I have to do is send a message through the App and my Dr gets it if I’m in a bad flare I can schedule an appointment as well with someone in the office. The MA who oversees it from my clinic is always available to answer questions and forward pictures and things to my Dr and always checks in, which I love. ### 3/5 — App is OK *2025-06-23* App is fine to use for daily review of symptoms. The app is free but I quickly found out the providers bill the patient for reviewing the information which was never disclosed! ### 5/5 — Free to me! *2025-03-25* I’ve never been charged, & find it helps me to keep my doctor informed of what’s going on with me, In between the times I KNOW I have to call. I’VE discovered some symptoms are more of an issue than I was reporting, & have gotten much better about documenting WHERE my pain is. I find the 1 question per day, which rotates through different aspects of my health problem, allows my doctor to have a full picture, without my bringing tons of paper documentation, or rambling on during the appointment. The key is, does your doctor review the snapshot of how you’ve been doing, or is it a waste? I see it as a great tool, if used properly by both patient & doctor. I wish there were something similar, for all my comorbidities; it’s difficult to know which specialists should be told about certain things. This app makes it clear what my rheumatologist should know. (If one exists for neurology, &/or gastroenterology, I hope my doctors use it to help keep track of their patients! ### 2/5 — Disappointed in Rhemura *2025-03-25* I thought that this app would allow me to share more accurate info with my doctor. I ‘m disappointed because it never got my medications correct. When it asked if I had taken a certain medication, I replied no, then when it asked why it never gave me the option to explain that I never was prescribed or taking this medication. logging about my condition only reminds me of my pain. There is no place to include healthy activities that I do like dieting, supplements, using heat or ice packs and aquacize. I will not pay to use this service! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Massive Disappointment *2026-01-24* I assumed my doctor was using this to track my care and my symptoms because every day the app asked questions like my doctor wanted answers. My doctor didn’t have a clue what my symptoms were nor was he asking the questions the app was sending me! I am horrified that this was not what I thought it was and it was presented to me like it was mandatory only for me to find out later that every time I used it a bill would be calculated! I want this removed from my phone and my life! ### 1/5 — Miriam Sang *2025-12-01* I deleted the app because it was boring and redundant with the questions. There was no room for me to express what I wanted to say. The daily, monotonous questions annoyed me. The app feels more like a research project than genuinely caring for the patient's well-being. The doctor tells you this is how they will communicate with you and track symptoms as if this is their patient portal making you feel you must have it and there is no mention of cost! I just thought this was a new and improved patient portal. ### 1/5 — $$$50+ monthly ?!device fees *2025-10-06, version 5.1.0* Unless you get upfront pricing or confirmation that your insurance will pay for this app, do NOT sign up or download this app. First, I thought this was a free app just monitoring my symptoms. I had NO idea that this was considered an actual monitored medical device that is able to bill a CPT code. Second, my out-of-pocket cost per month was more than my actual clinic visit with my rheumatologist. Third, the bill is vague and absolutely without clear identification. Therefore, unless you’re paying VERY close attention or unless you know CPT codes, you can be VERY EASILY and unknowingly paying the $50+/month EXTRA to you care. I am a busy mom and didn’t realize this app’s cost until 2 bills too late… $165 later. What a disappointment. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-06-17* I thought my doctor may have been footing the bill to provide this to their patients. No. Not at all. After contacting my insurance, this service cost me $61/ month. There is NO WAY an app costs that much for upkeep. Insane. Cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous. I was never notified that I would be paying anything out of pocket for this. Honestly, if it cost an extra $1-2/month I would’ve looked away but this is nothing but exploitation. I can’t even contact them on their website. Shame on all of them. They tag it to insurance as a medical device. It is not. They are exploiting patients and misrepresenting what they are. I suppose if I weren’t doing well it might be more useful but I routinely indicate that I’m symptom free. I’m not sure that my rheumatologist even looks at the data. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — U saved me *2026-03-01* He wound up saving my life by writing on the apps that you sent me every day and how I feel and and you called me and told me to go to emergency and it wound up I had almost a liter of water in my lungs. I really appreciate it without someone meaning I thought I was going crazy and you guys saved my life. I couldn’t believe it. This rheumatology app is incredible and how you keep in touch with people is incredible. I love it and how I feel it’s so important that you respond back. ### 5/5 — Daily pain *2026-02-28* Rheumera makes it easy to stsy with the daily pain. It is very hard to remember daily pain unless you keeua journal. Being able to log symptoms as they happen instead of writing things down and trying to recall them every 3-6 months. It has made my appointments more productive and less stressful. I really appreciate how well the app integrates with my doctor's office and improves communication. Some things may seem normal, but with the app, my doctors know the difference. It has really helped me see side effects on certain medications. Things I wouldn’t have thought about. It helps keep track of my medications. If I forget to answer the questions, I get a reminder from the doctor.
