Very disappointing experience.
The app’s payment system is confusing and honestly feels careless. I’ve been trying to remove my credit card information to stop the repeated charges, but there is no clear option anywhere to do it. It shouldn’t be this difficult to manage my own payment methods.

Apps that charge users must also make it easy to opt out, update, or delete their financial information. This feels outdated and frustrating. Please fix this — customers deserve transparency and control.

Button layout is suboptimal - I routinely logout of the app inadvertently while trying to pull up the QR code to scan into my gym. Why can’t I add the QR code to my apple wallet? Doesn’t seem to track my workouts. So little function that I’m deleting after screenshotting the QR Code.

RhinoFit is hands down the easiest gym app I’ve ever used. I can check class schedules, book a spot, and track my progress all in one place without any hassle. Everything is super simple to navigate, and it honestly makes staying consistent with my workouts so much easier!

Super convenient and easy to use! I've been using the RhinoFit Hub app for a few months now, and it's made managing my gym life so much easier. I love being able to check in with just a QR code and book classes straight from my phone. The calendar is super clear, and I can see all my upcoming workouts with my trainer right when I open up the app. The wall feature is too it's fun to see updates from other members and how they’re doing. Definitely recommend if your gym uses RhinoFit!
