I don’t like that you can’t add more photo boxes to a layout yourself. It would be great if there was an option to start with a blank page and then add in whatever photo/scrapbook paper boxes you want. Also, it would be great if there was scrapbooking accessories to add like button and ribbons, etc and more background choices available. But you can use JPEGs of other backgrounds/scrapbook paper you would like to use. ### 3/5 — Loved their apps but… *2024-05-28, version 3.8* Loved their apps but they are unfortunately not updating them any longer. I had no use to try the video insert until recently, The quality is not so great. The finished product looks great but would love more flexibility with shapes and a way to save "favorite" settings etc. Glad I have it though. Was a 4 but now a 2 Star rating. This app used to be called BubbleFrame, and inexplicably got a “makeover”, but unfortunately not to my expectations. What happened to the beautiful logo which actually made sense (It said Bubble Frames, and showed Bubble frames, imagine that) and how did it change from all bubble frames, to other random frames, too, which I have other apps that can already do this and just clutters up the app. Why did I lose the ability to create single bubble-shaped frames, without having to pay for an IAP to unlock this, when I bought this app years ago and it allowed for single bubbles? Why do developers change a good thing? It was great when I could easily access my photos, but now I have to give permission to select photos so I can use them in the app. Permission is fine, but once I select photos, the app doesn’t allow me to select any others I need and I have to close the app and start over. Ugh. I think I paid for this app when I got it, but I’m downloading something else now. Now when I’ve tried to use it it won’t put any picture upload into a photo collage. I’m so bummed that it’s not working and needed it for a special project. ### 1/5 — Dead halt in developments. *2018-08-22, version 3.5.5* I wouldn’t suggest paying for this app anymore. After two years, you still can’t order/layer text as you wish and you have to backspace whole sentences vs being able to delete with a simple click. You also can’t italicize text. I liked the image layering and wrap text. Other than that it’s really basic. The only thing they continue to add is font packs and images you have to pay for. Nothing else. I inquired about a refund since I had to buy another app to finish the project and they said that can't control what happens on the App Store. Great. ### 1/5 — Loss of sharpness *2016-11-18, version 3.3* Photo quality is still lacking. It doesn't matter which size I save a project (Instagram size to HiRes) photo quality takes a huge hit. Photos go in looking sharp but come out looking less than stellar. I use the app to apply a simple custom frame/border to my Instagram photos, but my photos always lose sharpness after putting them through this app. Please fix this. Then Adobe did away with Touch and broke everything up into different apps and it became very hard to use it to the way I was used to. I've yet to find a iOS app that could do everything Touch could do when it comes to designing digital scrapbook pages on an iPad, but this comes the closest. I'm finding this to be very fun to get to know and use, and so far seems well designed and flexible. It can also do adjustable drop shadows, which is so hard to find in a graphic design app anymore. Though I also use the digital version of Project Life to design pages, I find it very limiting. This app will allow me to use all the digital scrapbook design backgrounds and elements I've been collecting for years, with the added bonus of using Rhonna's designs, who has been my digital muse forever.
