I recently had to restore my phone to factory settings (per Apple) which made me download the app again. When I select the Restore Purchase option nothing happens. Don’t want to pay again. And I want to delete it. **Developer response:** Hi, the stickers are for use with the Messages app. In Message tap the '>' arrow then tap the button with an 'A' App Store icon. Next tap the button in the bottom left corner to see all your Message Apps. If you still don't see it tap the '+' button to go to the Message App Store, then tap the "Manage" tab and make sure the switch next to "RD Stickers" is on. ### 2/5 — Eh *2017-01-10* It's okay but I decided that I didn't want it and now it won't let me delete it so I am pretty sure it will be on my phone forever so don't get this unless you are sure that you want it **Developer response:** Hi, here's how you can uninstall... tap and hold the sticker app icon until it wiggles, then tap the 'x' to delete it. You can also manage sticker apps in the "Manage" tab of the Messages App Store. ### 3/5 — An Issue I would like resolved please? *2016-09-30* I was tempted enough by this to download soon after IOS.10 came out. I also paid for the In-App animation purchase. However, I cannot use the In-App feature on my iPhone as I purchased it on my iPad. This has never happened before and I must say (being an owner of all Rhonna apps) that I am disappointed. Can this be remedied please? I do enjoy using the app whilst on my iPad, so thank you for that. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the difficulty. If you scroll down to the bottom there is a "Restore Previous Purchase" button. I loved these stickers and emojis! Please update! Lots of adorable stickers that are easy to resize and choose the motion (bouncy, twirly, shaking, etc)! I especially like the vomiting woman—only a tiny bit gross but I use it a lot! There are quite a few Mormon-specific stickers such a the temple and Golden Plates. They’re fantastic! If you don't see them but they say they are installed. You need to go to the manage tab when you are in iMessage and in the sticker store.
