I can see maybe 25 cents- but I definitely only buy the new ones I really really like. Also- there haven’t been any new sticker packs or updated trends. Also- the line spacing is not working. I have re-downloaded it and have a new device and plenty of storage. The issues happen also on my ipad. I have been a dedicated fan of Rhonna Designs apps/products since they launched. It is absolutely disheartening to find after spending likely HUNDREDS of dollars on this app over the years since the very beginning on all the fun cute new packs that it no longer works properly for me. I find myself needing to use canva now for so many things I would rather use this app for because it is always giving me issues. Will there be any more updates to keep the app working well as technology advances? Are we just at a loss for all the cute packs we bought ? Is there a way to receive them via brushes or stamps files to use in photoshop since the app no longer works properly? I really miss my Rhonna Designs. Sadly at this time I can no longer suggest this app to friends or rate it 5🌟 anymore. Please do well to your following Rhonna Designs team and find a way to help the app improve and work right again. No new updates of packs is fine. Normally app looks for my photos to download and make overlays onto it. I have spent an Huge amount of money in this app over many years of additional fonts and packs purchases etc. It is so sad to see it have more issues than ever before. I have not been able to use the app seamlessly like I used to. Seems it crashes often, tells me sticker packs can’t load etc. I am sure I have space on my devices and my devices are updated for newest softwares etc. Sadly I can no longer say this app is a 5 star app. I love it so much and prob is my number 1 app for creating for many years. No longer. I’ve spent a good amount of money on this app (in-app purchases for additional features) and the app no longer functions the way it used to. It won’t access my most recent photos without reloading photos multiple times in the app and it will no longer allow me to change the photo but keep the text/artwork I was previously using. I get the latest iPhone recently and the app has basically become unusable. The images I paid for won’t stay loaded on my phone and then I get error messages. There have been no app updates it seems in a long time so I imagine it’s possibly a compatibility issue. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and have had no response. Disappointing since this is an app I dearly loved and always recommended AND I have a lot of money in. ### 2/5 — Keeps downloading packs *2022-10-28, version 2.82* The app was working fine till the new iOS update. Now the packs keep downloading every time I open the app. If I select a pack it will look like it hasn’t been downloaded and will look like it’s downloading when clicked. Then the next time I turn on the app it will give me an error per pack that I previously redownloaded because it’s saying there’s already a pack saved in the app. Still usable but a pain to use at the current moment. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and redownloaded but still the same. Had to turn off my data for the app because it was using up all my data. ### 4/5 — Love it!! We need to be able to save progress on projects, some of the stickers should update too, I mean a New Years sticker set should still say 2019 in 2022. Just update it. However, they can be re-purchases,which seems like they’re willing to continue receiving revenue from the app with no responsibility to their customers. Tried contacting the developer to no avail. Apple is unable to refund for any issue over 60 days and I am not interested in the refund as much what I purchased. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore. *2024-11-14, version 2.82* The app won’t let me create new project. It just freezes and doesn’t do anything. After investing money on buying the app and multiple items in the app, I am not happy. I’ve tried reaching out on Instagram and now no one will open my messages anymore. And consider it a five star regardless. I invested so much money buying fonts literally hundreds of dollars over the years and I didn’t regret it until now it hasn’t been working for months. I’ve reached out and never received a response, so I can’t help but leave a review and it’s down to one star because I cannot even use the app. I open the first page and I click open current project or I click the photo album icon to start a new project and from there there is no moving forward on either option. Pointless and all my money is in there wasted. The photo album takes f o r e v e r to load. So long that I can’t give an accurate quote; I give up after 3-4 mins! The only possible way I can use it is to select “open current project” and clear that project, but I can’t change the background photo or paper as it requires opening the photo albums! Another issue that’s more of an annoyance than an obstacle, is that it is not formatted for the dark view setting, rendering many of the thumbnails impossible to view unless I go in and change the view in settings. When the dark view was initially released, it didn’t seem like a huge deal. It takes time to work those things out. But for it to still be this way is ridiculous. It’s hard to fathom that NO one else has ever notified support about this. I wouldn’t concern myself with trying to get this app fixed if it was simply a matter of purchasing an app that is no longer supported. But with Rhonna’s Designs, I have bought SO MANY packs of sticker, paper, font, etc that it’s infuriating that I can’t use the app. What’s worse than that is there are still regular updates of packs to purchase! It would be one thing if the app isn’t working b/c it’s not supported by anyone, but in this scenario there’s the appearance that the only work put into the app is what will bring in money, not to make the app functional to those who have bought TONS of packs over the years. PLEASE fix the issue with the album not loading. My husband works in software engineering and app development and he says there’s nothing wrong in my end. I want to be able to use the packs I’ve amassed and by offering new items to buy, the expectation is that the should be accessible! ### 1/5 — Big issue *2021-06-23, version 2.70* I purchased a pacts on this app, but I deleted the app a while ago, and after I downloaded it again I can’t find them nor restore them! If I had to ask for anything more I would say more animals. Even clip art type black simple silhouettes would be great. Don’t forget the goats!! It’s hard to find little goats. I make all kinds of really fun designs other than for my farm sales as well. The Rhonna apps make putting together the perfect page simple and quick! There is no end to the levels of creativity that can be achieved, and the in store purchases are worth it to me seeing how that I can get 3-4 sticker kits for the cost and of one physical scrapbook paper! Not to mention that I can save my pictures with very high quality making it perfect for printing your pictures into books! I can't say enough about my love for these apps!!! I only have on suggestion for the devs... could you design a journalling app that can be used along side these other apps? I’d love to be able to journal with these awesome stickers and fonts that I could then later have published into a physical book, or import into my family tree app, for future generations to read! ### 5/5 — My 1 Go To Editing App *2020-04-26, version 2.56* By far the most font and graphic choices! My only hope is that one day there would be a way to save favorite fonts and graphics. Just today I was looking for a favorite arrow, and I couldn’t find it! It wasn’t tagged arrow, and I now have so many sticker packs that I couldn’t find it. 30 minutes later, after looking through pack after pack (and waiting for them to redownload) I finally found it. There has to be a better way.
