## What is Rhythmsports?

Raak in topvorm met Rhythmsports - fitness & dance:

Doe je workouts onder begeleiding van onze 3D-geanimeerde personal 
trainer, die je precies laat zien hoe je iedere oefening moet doen;

Rhythmsports heeft een grote oefeningendatabase, die continu wordt 
uitgebreid. In onze fitness app kun je momenteel meer dan 2000 
oefeningen vinden en vele kant-en-klare workouts die je gewoon thuis of 
in de gym kunt doen;

Bekijk het lesrooster altijd en overal op jouw eigen mobiele apparaat;

Weten wat jij eet? Geen probleem, ook hier is aan gedacht. Jij kan met 
enkele tikken op jouw scherm jouw maaltijden invoeren en dus jouw 
voeding bijhouden;

Meten is weten, dus als jij het fijn vindt kan jij ook structureel jouw 
omvang en gewicht bijhouden;

Kortom, afvallen, spiermassa opbouwen of simpelweg behouden wat jij 
hebt. Alles kan als jij met ons appt!


LET OP:  je hebt een Rhythmsports account nodig om in te loggen  in deze app.

Je kunt deze app syncen met de Apple Gezondheid App. Wanneer je deze connectie activeert, worden je workouts in de Gezondheid app automatisch toegevoegd aan je activiteitenkalender.
