I initiated a money transfer through Ria on August 16, and as of August 25, the transaction still has not been completed.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to remove my account and add it again later. On top of that, my transaction was eventually canceled, after I had already been waiting for more than a week.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. When you’re using a money transfer service, you expect your transaction to be handled reliably and any problems to be resolved quickly. Instead, I lost a lot of time following up with support without getting a proper solution.

Very disappointed with Ria’s service and customer support. I would not recommend relying on this app for an urgent money transfer.

El dinero no llega al instante!! Entonces cancelas la transferencia y ya van 3 días y ellos no han aprobado la cancelación de la transferencia … se quedan con el dinero envíes o canceles!!! Son demaciado irresponsable… les escribe y solo dicen q se intentan comunicar con el banco …

Transactions are delayed, never on time. When you reach out to support it is ridiculously unhelpful and will give you the same responses that a AI chatbot would give. So, you would not know where your money is, when will it be transferred and no support to expedite a delayed transfer. Remitly is a much better option if you want funds transfered quick.

This company just robs you, I input the information for the receiver correctly sent my money and it was supposed to be received in 15mins but instead they issued a refund and it will take 4 days to receive it, which I doubt I will from the endless complaints I will also follow with a lawsuit against this company for stealing from customers and false advertising!! Do NoT Use this app!

Super easy set up and send and lowest fee available. Only suggestion would be to include a confirmation of bank account # sending to. It’s too easy to enter it incorrectly the first time, even double checking. Just a safeguard. Otherwise love it
