PAY ONLY WHAT YOU USE Whether you use 2 minutes or 2 hours, you’ll only pay what you use. Soon we will also have pre-paid minute packages. With them, you’ll get discounts in our fare per minute and save discount minutes to use whenever you wish. SAFETY FIRST Our scooters are limited to 50km/hr to avoid accidents and comply with the traffic regulations. It is prohibited to drive without a helmet. Suporte ninguém atende, e-mail muito menos . A scooter está Estácionada num local permitido , capacete no guidão , já acionei a polícia militar a respeito, registrei o ocorrido. Um absurdo . Desinstalei o app por culpa do excesso de notificações e baixarei novamente apenas quando for usar o serviço. ### 1/5 — Me ferrei! *2020-03-07, version 1.2.1* Quero expressar a minha imensa insatisfação com o acontecido no dia de hoje. Localizei a motocicleta no app e fiz a reserva até que pudesse encontrá-la. Ao chegar na mesma, tentei iniciar a corrida, porém sem sucesso. Após alguns segundos, aparecia a informação de que “a riba tirou um cochilo” e que eu deveria aguardar alguns segundos. O fiz, mas mesmo assim a informação foi a mesma. Estava a caminho do trabalho, tive a oportunidade de pegar o ônibus que me atenderia, mas optei pela moto devido ao calor que está fazendo hoje. Pois bem, não consegui a motocicleta e perdi o ônibus que me serviria. Agora tive que pegar o primeiro ônibus que passou, que vai me deixar mais distante e ainda terei que esperar outro, o que com certeza vai me prejudicar no horário de chegada ao trabalho. Recomendo que atualizem a forma de operar pois esse tipo de situação é muito estressante, fora que tenho que chegar até a moto pra depois descobrir que ela não está mais disponível, e nisso já perdi tempo pois tenho que ir andando até outro local que me dê alternativa de transporte.
