Plus, there were very few free features, patterns etc that I saw. But overall I thought it was great. One note for the developers that has nothing to do with the app itself…. The very first ad that popped up when I opened the app for the first time was a political ad for Andy Barr who is a generally horrible human being. You can't sort and filter by things that are common. If you're browsing and click on a pattern, when you exit it takes you back to the top of the page. And there are plenty of great patterns but they're completely hidden by thousands of garbage patterns. Truly hideous and clunky items by people who have no business writing patterns. Honestly having so much junk really brings the quality down for the entire app. There are almost no reviews for patterns that I find interesting, probably because there's no incentive to leave them, and no real community. And you can't print patterns. The sign up process autocorrects my email to Gmail when I have a Ymail account. I tried multiple times to fix this but it must be the app doing it as it reverts every time. This makes it impossible for me to complete the sign up process and all avenues to contact the developer redirect to the app and then ask you to sign in, which I cannot do. This has been an amazing tool for me as a pattern creator. If you are new to making patterns, i HIGHLLLLYYYY recommend this app for you! It has all the tools you could possibly need and makes it super easy for you to navigate! You can also do tester calls on here which is so much easier than having to post everywhere on social media just to find maybe one person :’). But, you don’t have to just be a pattern creator for this app to be amazing! This app is also good for people just shopping for patterns, as if feels like more of a safer space compared to bigger websites, like Etsy for example. Also, did I mention that AI is not allowed? Another loss for Etsy and another win for Ribblr! XD Etsy is great too, but I 1000% recommend Ribblr to every fiber artist. I feel like I spend a lot of time scrolling past 200 patterns to get to where I was. I accidentally turned my phone sideways for a split second and it reset my selections and started the search from the top. I scrolled back to where I was and simply hit the back button after viewing a pattern and boom, reset. Very annoying. Can we maybe get this fixed?
