## What is Ribeye?

Build your carnivore routine with Ribeye: a meal tracker, daily habit journal, and T-Rex companion in one place. Log what you eat, see your calories and macros, and keep your next daily action close.

MEALS AND MACROS, TOGETHER
Record meals in a daily food diary and review calories, protein, fat, and carbs. Use manual food logging, saved recipes, or photo-assisted meal logging to make your routine easier to follow.

A COMPANION FOR CONSISTENCY
Meet Rex, your animated T-Rex. Earn bones from qualifying food logs and spend them to feed your companion. Keep your daily nutrition and companion care together on a clear Today screen.

SEE YOUR STREAK
Follow your streak, food score, calorie history, and progress through Reset, Adapt, and Thrive. Choose Strict Carnivore or a more flexible Omni mode to match how you track.

MORE THAN A FOOD DIARY
Track water and check in with your mood and mental state. Keep a record you can look back on as you build your daily habits.

TRAIN AND PLAN AHEAD
Log workouts, browse the exercise library, and review your training history. Plan groceries with the Hunt List and organize what you have in your inventory.

LEARN WITH T-REX UNIVERSITY
Explore organized reading topics and scientific resources about carnivore eating. Keep track of the topics you complete at your own pace.

Some features, including training and additional AI-assisted tools, require a subscription. Feature access and usage limits vary by plan. Photo-assisted nutrition values are estimates.
