## What is Ribo Music?

The music industry has long existed by exploiting artists…. and Ribo Music is about to tip the scales.

The current music landscape is broken.  Record labels continue to exploit emerging artists. Fans find it increasingly difficult to discover great new music.  In 2020, 90% of all revenue from streams on Spotify went to the top 1% of artists. Independent Artists lack the "leverage" and support required to grow and prosper in the digital world.  Imagine how much great music never gets heard because independent artists cannot afford to make a living doing what they love. Ribo Music is about to change this.

Ribo Music is where artists and fans come first.  Ribo will support next wave of emerging musicians by offering a comprehensive package of streaming, merchandising, airtime, and booking of venues to support and promote artists. For the fans, at $8.00 dollars per year, Ribo will give members access to an app where they will discover brand new artists.  Unlike today’s record labels, Ribo artists will receive a fair share of their revenue streams.
