Man kann nicht mehr den Erhöhungsbetrag eingeben sondern nur noch zwischen 1.- und 5.- und 10 Rappen wählen? Der Beschrieb sieht man nicht mehr vollständig wie früher? Und die Kategorie können nicht mehr auf einen Blick ausgewählt werden sondern man muss scrollen. Die alte App war nicht super aber die neue ist ja noch schlechter. Aber ja vielleicht möchte man gar nicht, dass die Mobile App benutzt wird sondern die Desktop Version. Schade. Nonetheless, one person never contacted me on a sale and I forgot this product. A month later I send her an email kindly requesting to cancel my order- which I find its valid. This person wrote a rating of me that nobody should trust me. And a few weeks later, Ricardo app blocked the access to my account. Requesting me to contact the person who left a very rude rating of me. I would not buy that product anymore of course. I got very disappointed of being blocked in Ricardo out of nowhere and having good ratings, I was a good client. I prefer to buy or sell second hand clothes somewhere else. Like in Vestiare app which is more friendly. I do not recomend this controlling Swiss app. So many strange rules and conditions. I feel its fair to make human mistakes. ### 1/5 — Sprache nicht einstellbar *2024-04-10* Die einzige App welche ich kenne, welche nicht erlaubt, in den iOS Einstellungen die Sprache zu wechseln. Now it is frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. It is clear their budget is way bigger than their understanding of what users need and how to simply buy and sell . With every update it becomes worse. This includes both phone and desktop app. Even contact and service is not helpful but pathetic. It’s my go to market and app to check good bargains and resell idle goods from my wardrobe, cellar. I love how convenient is the buying and selling process.
