I can’t click on a single thing. ### 1/5 — From bad to worse *2025-10-04, version 6.18.57* « Alors faim » was already a gamble on when you might get something delivered. Now even if you try at 6pm, 3 hours later your are still waiting (one order canceled two hours after ordering and the new order already taking more than an hour). Tracking progress is poor, contacting people close to impossible. Cela nuit tout simplement à sa réputation. Casi todos los pedidos que he pedido yo tienen problema de entrega (1h a 2h etc.). Nunca apunta contacto de repartidor y jamás te da una respuesta útil el chat con el costumer service. Además después de 6pm creo ya no coge las llamadas aunque todavía está dentro de su horario de trabajo. 几乎每次配送都会延时，其实一般拖延也就算了，但真的好几次都是说好的一小时最后两个多小时才送到（送到的时候饭都凉了）。订单信息也完全没有给骑手打电话的选项，致电餐厅他们也没办法控制配送的问题。而且最离谱的是RICE网站上提供的联系电话差不多下午六点以后就不接电话了，直接切到通话繁忙，最后七点钟能吃上的晚饭生生等到九点，然后第二天客服给回一个实在是不好意思。 这个软件真的对我们在西班牙的华人很友好，也给大家提供了很大的便捷。但如果不改善送餐问题的话口碑真的会越来越差。。。。。。 ### 1/5 — No llega la comida *2025-03-27, version 6.18.53* Hemos realizado el primer pedido en la aplicación. Tras una hora en entrega. Aparece como entregado y aquí nadie ha venido. No hay formas para reclamar, no hacen devolución porque aparece como entregado. Dinero perdido y sin cena. No tienes a quien reclamar. Una estafa.
