The customer service is absolutely horrible and I have yet to receive my first order or have my funds returned. But I never received a refund for my order that rich and clear cancelled. I emailed them. Someone responded and when I asked about my refund and gave them verification of my order on December 20th. I did a follow up because I haven’t heard back or received a refund and when I went to email the same person. The email no longer existed. DO NOT BUY! Horrible customer service.
