On 4 weeks I’ve ordered and no tracking number, no package, no communication NOTHING. I bought the stretch mark serum for my hips they say it’s roll on but it came in a spray bottle. I wanted to like this company I love supporting black businesses but this is an example of why it’s hard. The fact I had to email so many times with these empty apologies and it wait until I asked for my money back that they reached out to the warehouse and finally got it shipped out. I placed my original order #29112, on July 2nd. It is now August 1st and I have yet to receive it. The shipping says it is still located in Miami. I wake up today August 1st to see I have been charged again for a new order #26899. I understand I signed up for the subscription but why would you charge me more money for a second order when I have not received the first? I have contacted this support channel several times asking for updates and have only gotten one response. I get that times are weird right now, all I am, well was, asking for was effective communication and proper expectations. The lack of customer service rendered to me has been very disheartening as again I truly value my friendship with the cousin of the owner who recommended this product and I was very excited to try them based on the reviews I read and was very excited to support this business at her request. I did a follow up because I haven’t heard back or received a refund and when I went to email the same person. The email no longer existed. DO NOT BUY! Horrible customer service. Love their products ### 3/5 — Week 1 Update *2020-01-11* I purchased the Rich and Clear Bundle Kit and am still getting used to the products. I like how both the African and Almond black soap make my skin look after I wash it. It seems to have a brighter/more clear look to it. I like to use my spin brush when using the African Black Soap. I have combination skin as well and I like how to toner works with my moisturizer. It is not too moisturizing but leaves my skin feeling refreshed. My only complaint is the situation of the Almond Black Soap. Rich and Clear’s IG states that most results show after 30 days but there’s no way 1 bottle will get through a month. It is only week 1 and im almost halfway done with the bottle. You’re almost forced to buy another bottle additional to the kit, just to see if you will have results.
