I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and reported my experience to Apple. If this remains unresolved, I will be escalating the matter to the appropriate consumer-protection and law-enforcement agencies. I have retained screenshots, receipts, correspondence, and documentation of my payout as evidence.
