I submitted my request for this payment, the 625,000 coins were deducted, and my payment request has been “in review” since July 9th 2026. That’s 9 days ago. I have emailed support asking about it and there has been ZERO RESPONSE. I spent a good bit of my own money purchasing in-app items and many hours playing games to earn this payout. I foolishly spent money on in app purchases as they were all “cash back” rewards. I originally reached the £50 reward and thought I’d carry on to £80. Then next time I went on, the threshold had changed and I had to reach £50 again. Finally reached it and requested payout, which of course hasn’t happened and I imagine never will. Contacted support, obviously no response. I’m annoyed because a lot of the games were available in Testerup which is a brilliant app and always pays out. I have emailed you all multiple times over this matter and you all have chosen not to respond. I still have not received the money I earned, and my attempts to resolve this directly with Richie Games have gone nowhere. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and reported my experience to Apple. If this remains unresolved, I will be escalating the matter to the appropriate consumer-protection and law-enforcement agencies. I have retained screenshots, receipts, correspondence, and documentation of my payout as evidence. Customer service has not responded to any of my emails since July 22—they only send messages asking me to rate support I never actually received. In short, there is no real support, nothing gets resolved, and now my games—and the rewards I earned for completing special tasks—are apparently gone. I’ve tried everything I can, but I haven’t found any way to restore them. The “new” version of the app simply opens and asks me to choose two games from a limited list of options, and that’s it. I selected one I like, but the second was difficult to choose because none of the options appealed to me.
