The Richmond Health Patient App provides you with access to your care through electronic check- in, telehealth visits, and much more. 

The Richmond Health App unlocks the following features:  
• Telehealth Visits: Have a video visit with your provider through your mobile device
• Appointment Check – In: Complete forms and paperwork before your visit. Saving time to be used to address your health concerns with your doctor.
• Manage Appointments: You can view and request appointments for non-urgent matters with your provider at any time.
• View Health Information: View health information such as vitals, progress notes, and care plans from your mobile device
• Secure Messaging: Communicate with your provider and their staff to stay up to date on your care. Request refills on prescriptions and securely share photos and files with the office.
• E-pay: Pay your co-pays and outstanding balances at your convenience
