It will not display images in article view. The buttons at the top of the window appear blank. The text size setting slider button appears grayed out and inoperable. It repeats pages and reorders the same pages constantly. The outside purchased mass produced content cannot be read the same way as the actual news articles. This is about as close to a rip-off, pretend paper as you can go. Even with a stored id and password, it takes a number of clicks to do so. You need some qualified IT experts to make your app comparable to your competitors. You are losing customers because of this. My WaPo app also works well. Richmond is just working to drive readers away. Update: now the app claims an update is available each time I open it. There is no update available but it opens this review. I guess they’d like the one star changed. Rates for seniors are quite affordable. Such info is not available elsewhere including Local TV News which is so superficial. They provide national, local (news and sports) and importantly opinions (which keeps politicians in their toes). It is such a great wait to start one’s day.
