It has taken us over an hour to order supper for 4 - significantly longer if you include the time it took to book the table, and throughout the whole time tables have sat empty. The staff are welcoming but the process to order is a long winded nightmare. The experience of popping in for a nice fish & chips (total time c. 30 minutes) which we have done very happily many times before has been replaced by a completely bizarre, slow, and unhelpful process that will inevitably mean that we shall come less often in the future. One can only assume that the savings in staff costs suit the business owners. What happened to a warm fruendly welcome and custoner service?
